New year for smokers

In the beginning of 2008 smoking in many countries interdictions have come into force. It is entered Since January, 1st of an absolute interdiction for smoking in cafe, bars and restaurants. Thus in such institutions smoking of cigarettes is authorised for smoking in special premises. Infringers of the law it is necessary to pay the penalty at the rate from 68 euros, and owners of an institution should pay 750 euros. It is necessary to notice that the government of France, under impression of demonstration to be carried out smokers and owners of a pub in streets of Paris, shortly before New Year, a delay of introduction of an interdiction for smoking, and infringers of the law have not been fined for January, 1st.

Besides, the interdiction for smoking in public places is entered since January, 1st in 8 earths Germany. An interdiction for smoking it is connected with those establishments where there are no specially equipped premises for smokers of a cigarette. Such interdiction for smoking already operates in three federal lands, and this interdiction very strict in Bavaria: it is forbidden to smoke cigarettes even in open bars. In other five federal formations such interdiction for smoking will be entered during first half of 2008.

From the beginning of 2008 such interdiction for smoking will be entered into Portugal. Here this interdiction is applied to smoking in institutions of public catering and entertaining institutions. It is interesting that in local mass-media, the head of the ministry to talk over. Under its initiative to forbid smoking has been entered and in a fist of days 2008 it has been noticed in one casino, with a cigarette in a mouth. For January, 4th the parliament of Turkey of the confirmed will lock on smoking in public places, overwhelming majority of votes. The interdiction for smoking is applied not only in bars, restaurants, and also stadiums and parks. Besides, the absolute interdiction is connected with advertising of tobacco products.
