New year for smokers

In the beginning of 2008 smoking in many countries interdictions have come into force. It is entered Since January, 1st of an absolute interdiction for smoking in cafe, bars and restaurants. Infringers of the law it is necessary to pay the penalty at the rate from 68 euros, and owners of an institution should pay 750 euros.
